Ashland County EMA has recently incorporated a comprehensive emergency notification system called REVERSE 911.  This REVERSE 911 system is an Interactive Community Notification System that is used effectively in thousands of U.S. communities to improve the lines of communication to the general population and targeted groups of citizens.  The system provides timely and immediate notification of critical information in times of crisis and emergencies, such as natural disasters, missing children and crime alerts.  (read more)
