Current Cost of Services (New Rates became Effective April 15, 2008):

The following rate changes became effective April 15, 2008:

A. Small Private room rate will be $ 3,000.00 per month.
B. Large Private room rate will be $ 3,300.00 per month.
C. Semi-Private room rate will be $ 2,700.00 per month.

Transports to appointments include:

1. Transport to Ashland will be $ 25 per appointment transport.
2. Transport outside of Ashland will be $ 50 per appointment transport.
3. Transports more than 50 miles from Heartland Home, (Examples: Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Columbus, etc.) will be $ 100 per Appointment transport.

Respite rates will be $ 90 - $ 110 per day, depending upon the level of care needed for the respite resident.
