Heartland Home Staff Information

Our new Director, Jack Robinson, comes to us with over 32 years of experience in the health care field.

Our administrative assistant is Shirley Miller who has 10+ years of experience with bookkeeping, resident accounts, transportation and social service in a long-term health care setting. She is also a certified nursing assistant.

Dr. Nyan Win serves as our Medical Director for Heartland Home.

Our unit manager is Mary Ervin, L.P.N. She has been employed at Heartland Home since 2003.

In activities we have Marlene Miller. She handles the bake sales and craft making, and scheduling of in-house events. Marlene also plans all of our outings. Her positive attitude and willingness to "go the extra mile" is a blessing to our entire facility. Our activity department is not funded by the county general fund. It is self-supporting. Consequently, any donations are greatly appreciated.

Our dietary department is under the consultation of registered dietician Kathy Beebe.

Housekeeping chores are organized and maintained by Daisy Hinkle, who has been employed at Heartland Home since 1995. She enthusiastically cleans our facility and assists with many other activities.

Maintenance is handled by Joel Schweyer, who has many technical skills and is a tireless worker.

In all we have approximately 35 dedicated employees who enjoy working together, which translates into excellent resident care. We believe that each resident's room is their home, and we try to promote that belief.
