How-to Guide to Create a FraudSleuth Account

Go to https://countyfusion10.kofiletech.us/countyweb/loginDisplay.action?countyname=AshlandOH.

You will see a FraudSleuth icon and below that you will click the Create Account link Under ‘Personal Information’

You will enter your:

• Username
• Full Name
• Password
• Confirm Password
• Email Address

You can also enter your address and phone number if you choose. When finished click the Save Button. You will be directed back to the County Fusion Home Screen.

Enter your Username and Password, then click Login

Accept the Disclaimer and exit out of any notifications. Click on the ‘Preferences’ icon towards the top left-hand side of the screen. Go down to ‘Fraudsleuth Preferences’ and click on the link ‘Configure FraudSleuth Profile’.

*Note – If you see that your password autopopulated on this screen, please erase that and don’t add it in the confirm password section. Once you’ve clicked on the ‘Configure FraudSleuth profile’ link Click + Add Profile. From here you can add Profile Name and Profile Details.

For example: - Your first and last name - Your first, middle initial, and last name - Your first, full middle, and last name You can add the name of your Trust or your Business under Last Name, or Trustee in the Suffix section if that applies to you.

You can add as many profiles as you would like by clicking +Add Profile. When finished click the Green Checked ‘Done’, then click Save, then you can log out.
