Driveway Access and Installation
Installation, replacement and maintenance of drive pipes is the responsibility of the landowner. (see ORC 5543.16) PERMIT REQUIRED for this type of work.
Driveway ACCESS PERMIT: For all driveway locations along county and township roads. Locations are controlled by the Ashland County Access Management Regulations.
Application for ACCESS VARIANCE: To be submitted within 30 days of denial of Access Permit.
DRIVEWAY INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR PERMIT: For any driveway work done within the right-of-way along county roads.
