Driveway ACCESS PERMIT: For all driveway locations along county and township roads. Locations are controlled by the Ashland County Access Management Regulations.
Application for ACCESS VARIANCE: To be submitted within 30 days of denial of Access Permit.
DRIVEWAY INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR PERMIT: For any driveway work done within the right-of-way along county roads.
DITCH ENCLOSURE INSTALLATION, REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR PERMIT: For all ditch enclosure work along county roads.
UTILITY INSTALLATION PERMIT: For any utility placement within the right-of-way along county roads.
OVERSIZED OR OVERWEIGHT HAULING PERMIT: For any vehicle or combination of vehicles over 8' 6" wide,13' 6" tall, 65' long or 80,000 pounds (40 ton).
